1 General Terms & Conditions

Babo8 (bundles 8.org) is an international online gaming platform operating under a valid license. These terms and conditions apply to the babo8 website, mobile app, and all associated services.

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between you and babo8. babo8 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Use

To create an account on babo8, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or incorrect details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination at any time.

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and associated funds may be forfeited.

• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility; babo8 will never ask for your password.
• Accounts may not be used by or shared with any third party.
• Any breach of account security must be reported to babo8 support immediately.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed within 30 days of registration.

3 Age Verification & Minor Policy

The minimum age to participate on babo8 is 18. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you automatically declare that you are 18 years of age or older.

Babo8 may request government-issued identification for age verification at any time. Failure to verify age will result in immediate account suspension, and all deposited funds will be returned.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Babo8 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made. Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 1,00,000 (one lakh).
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be made in a single day, provided they remain within the daily limit.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, babo8 may place a hold on withdrawals until the investigation is complete.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• No processing fees are charged on deposits; however, fees from the payment provider may apply.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Babo8 regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which must be read before accepting.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and is applied to the first deposit. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.

• Wagering requirements on bonus funds are generally between 20x and 30x.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified time limit after claiming a bonus.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses only.

6 Betting Policy & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on babo8 are final. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out option is available). All game outcomes are governed by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and audited by third parties.

For Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with babo8's specific rules. babo8 is not liable for any bets affected by internet delays during live betting.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set individually for each game.
• If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, babo8 reserves the right to re-settle bets based on the correct outcome.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bets will not be processed if the account has insufficient balance.

7 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity and security of the babo8 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Account sharing or coordinated betting with other players.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or disturbing other users.
• Rude or abusive behavior toward customer support.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Babo8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason. This is typically done in cases of rule violations, suspicious activity, or security concerns.

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Account closure requests must be submitted through customer support.

• Accounts inactive for 12 months (no login) may be automatically deactivated.
• A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
• Your transaction history will be retained even after account closure.

9 Privacy & Data Protection
